Finally! I got my fall turkey! Yippee! So, Brian, no you can't say, "Where's pictures of dead turkeys?" :)
The plan was to take my men-tee for one last try to harvest her doe today, but she got sick with the flu so her bad luck translated into my good luck! Had to belly crawl up part of the hillside to get my shot, but hey, that's the stuff that makes stories. He didn't have a real long beard, but when I talked to the land owner about it, he said he thought they were freezing their beards off. Matter of fact, it was a pretty rough lookin' beard!
Not a bad morning at all.
